of the Notice here unto Annexed by Leaveing it at the Last
place of Abode of Jno: Tuit< no role > with a Woman Servant who
replied to this Depont. Sd. Tuit was Gone off & broke &
No body Knew Where to find him or Words to that or the like
Effect & this depont on his Oath further saith he Inquired
further in ye Neighbourhood for said Tuit, & had ye same
Answere from other Neighbours or to ye Like Effect Kathn
Wife of Wm. Walker< no role > the Other Depont. on her oath Saith that
she did Not receive ye Order of this Court on ye Petition of
(Saml. Seth Martin< no role > ) till about ten of the Clock this
Morning from the Clerk of this Court though this Depont.
