To the Worshipfull His Majestis's Justices of the
peace for the bounty of Middlesex Assembled in
Generall Sessions at Hick's Hall in the said County

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Mary le Bone in the County aforesaid

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant of Order
Under the hands and seals of Miles Harper< no role > and
John Ellis< no role > Esqrs: two of His Majisty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlesex one where of being
of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty Fifth day of
January last Hannah Minns< no role > Singlewoman was
removed from the Parish of Saint James Westminster
in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the Parish of
Saint Mary le Bone as the place of her last legall
Settlement Where by Your Petitioners think themselves
Agrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly
Bays this Court will please to Appoint
a time for hearing the said Appeal and
that all persons Concernd may Attend
at the same time

And Your Petrs: Shall ever pray and so forth
