To The Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Sessions
of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. James Within the Libty of
Westmr in the County of Middx

Sheweth.


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of Stephen Beckingham< no role > and Barwell
Smith
< no role > two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex bearing date the Ninth day of February instant
dorothy Simons< no role > was Removed from and out of the Parish
of St. Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the said County
to the said Parish of St. James as the last legal settlemt of
the said Docothy simons Where by your Petitioners think
themselves Agrieved

And Therefore humbly Pray this Court
will please to Appoint a time for hearing
the said Appeal and that all persons
Concerned may Attend at the same time

And your Petitioners Shall Ever pray
