At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks hall in Saint John Street in the County
aforesaid on Monday in the week next after the Feast
of the Epiphany (to witt) the fourteenth day of January
in the Seventh yeare of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second King of Great Britain
France & Ireland Defender of the Faith before William
Cowper

< no role > Esqrs. & other their Fellows Justices of our Said
Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County
aforesaid and alsoe to heare & determine divers
felonys trespasses & other evil deeds committed in the
Same County,

Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Doddington in the County of Northampton
have exhibited their humble petition & appeale
unto this Court settingforth that by warrant or
Order under the hands & seales of John Ellis< no role > & Mil [..]
Harper Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices of the peace
the City & Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx
(whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the [..] ith
day of January instant Roger Parker< no role > aged nine years
& Elizabeth Parker< no role > aged seven yeares and Ann< no role >
aged P Parker Parker aged about two year

Saint James in the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middx to the Said Parish of Doddington in
the County of Northton (called in the said Order the
Parish of Darrington )alledging therein that the
as the place of the last legal Settlement of the Said

three children And that the Petrs. thinking
themselves aggrieved by the aforesaid Order of the
Said two Justices humbly appeale against the same
