Whereas at the General Session of the peace holden at Hicks Hall
in St: John Street in and for the County of Middx in the Month of
August last fast Thomas Obrien< no role > was and Stands indicted for a
Trespass and Assault upon Catherine< no role > his wife These are therefore
to witness that the said Catherine Obrien by these presents doth
consent & agree to and with the said Thomas Obrien< no role > by That the said
Thomas Obrien< no role > at the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be
holden for the County aforesaid Upon his then appearing & confessing
the Said Indictment may be discharged of & from the same and of
and from all other complaints charges & Indictments whatsoever
which She the Said Catherine Obrien at any other General or
General Quarter Session of the peace at anytime heretofore holden
for the Same County hath Exhibited or caused to be Exhibited agts.
the Said Thomas Obrien< no role > for any matter cause or thing whatsoever
