At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street [..]
in & for the County aforesaid on Monday the fourteenth day of
January in the Seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain France & Ireland Defender of the
Faith.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in this County have notice of
this Peticon & Appeale and that they and all other parties concerned de
attend this Court on Friday next at ten of the clock in forenoon to [..]
[..] hear & abide the Judgment and determination of this Court touching
the said appeale.
