Mary Hopwood< no role > Wife of Thomas Hopwood< no role > of the
Parish of St. Giles Cripplegate without in the County of
Middlesex Frame work knitter Maketh Oath that she this
Deponent did on the Seventeenth day of this instant September
go to the Lodgings of Sarah Murton the Prosecutrix in this
Cause and inquire for her in order to serve her with the Notice
hereunto annexed and was informed by one Mr. Widnell (the
Mistress for Landlady of the said Lodgings) that he the said
Sarah Murton< no role > was gone away from her said Lodgings And this
Deponent further sayth that she did also inquire of the said
Mrs. Widnell where the said Sarah Murton was gone to live
and the said Mrs. Widnell informed this Deponent that she
could not tell where [..] the said Sarah
Murton
< no role > was gone or where this Deponent might meet
with or see her And this Deponent also saith that the
above mentioned Lodgings of the said Sarah Murton
is her last place of abode as she this Deponent verily
beleives And this Deponent further Saith that she
verily beleives the said Sarah Murton absconds or
conceals herself on purpose to prevent her being
served with the said Notice
