Take Notice that I do intend to
Appear at this present General Sessions of the Peace to be
held at Hicks's Hall in St. John Street on Thursday
next being the Twentyeth day of this Instant September
at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon & will then & then
plead Guilty to the Indictment which You have preferred
against me for an Assault Dated this Fifteenth day of
September 1733
