make Oath that they became bound by
Recognizance in this Court for the appearance
of the above named Joseph Pickerel< no role >
to try
his traverce upon an Indictmt. preferred
against him in lastAprillMay Sessions & these
Deponts. further make Oath that at the time
of their becoming Bail they did apprehend
& verily belive that the said Pickerel was
a person of good substance & credit
but these Deponts. further say that the said
pickerel is gone from his House where he
lately inhabited in she parish of St Leonard
Shoreditch
& taken away his goods & that
the said Pickerel hath absconded himself
for upwards of two Months past as these
deponts are inform'd & verily beleive on the
Account of Debt. & these Deponts. further
make Oath they have had sevll Warrts
Issueing out of this Honble. Court its Order to
apprehend & take the Sd. Pickerel & bring him
to Justice & that these Deponts. have used
their utmost diligence & endeavours to
apprehend & take the said Joseph Pickerel< no role >
but have not been able so to doe. not knowing
where he is or how to find him.
