the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of Cowley
in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by vertue of an Order Under the hands & Seales
of John Ellis< no role > and Oliver Lambert< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majestyes Justices of the Peace for the Said County
of Middlx ( [..] one where of being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 22d. day of this Instant June
Anne Omer< no role > Singlewoman was removed from
the parish St. James within the Liberty of Westminster
in the Said County of Middx to the said parish of Cowley
in the Same County as the place of her last leg at
Settlement

Yor. Peticoners thinking themselves
aggrieved by the Judgment of the said two
Justices humbly Appeale there from
and pray that this Court will be pleased to
Order the Church Wardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Said parish of St. James within
the Liberty of Westminster to Attend the
Court Some day this Sessions. to hear & abide
the Judgment & Determinacon of this Court
touching this Appeale
