Forasmuch as it doth not appeare to this Court
that the Petitioner was legally bound
Apprentice , to the said William Attwood< no role >
By Indenture signed & Sealed
This Court is of opinion that this Court
hath notany bealegalJurisdictionto
make any Order
in the premisses, And
doth thereuponfore dismiss the said petition
and the same is hereby dismissed accordingly

Note since the Sessions the Master
hath arrested the Father of the
Apprentice for entertaining Aim
And the Father hath applyed for the
Order thinking that the opinion of
the Court of Sessions therein
mentioned may be of benefit to him
[..] as this case stands if it be not
proper to draw up the Order after the
manner following
