To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the
said County Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Olave in the Old Jury
in the City of London .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex (one of them being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Eight Day of March last past -Richard
Wilkinson
< no role > Ann < no role > his Wife and Ann < no role > their Child aged about eight
Years were removed from the Parish of Saint James's within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex to the
Parish of Saint Olave in the Old Jury London as the Place of
their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the Warrant and Judgment of the said two
Justices humbly appeal to this Honourable Court
for Relief in the Premisses.

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
