One of the Bail for the Defendant in this Cause maketh Oath
and Saith that he this Deponent did before and in the last
Sessions of the Peace held for this County make diligent Inquiry
and Search after the Defendant to bring her into this Court to
take her Tryal for Assaulting

this Cause but that she Secreted and absconded her Self from this
Deponent and left her habitation and this Deponent further
Saith that he has made diligent Search and Inquiry after
the Said Defendant in order to bring her into this Court to take
her Tryal this Sessions as well at her late Habitation as
Else where but cannot hear of her and that she shall
