The humble Petition and
Appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Mildred in the Poultry in the
City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Ordr. or Pass Warrant
under the hands & Seals of Anthony Chamberlain< no role >
& Alexander Garrett< no role > Esqrs. Two of His Majestys's
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
(Quor unus) bearing Date the thirteenth day of
October last past, Jane Bellamy< no role > the wife of
George Bellamy< no role > with Eliz: Bellamy< no role > her Child
aged about six Years, were removed from the Parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of Middx unto the
said Parish of St. Mildred in the Poultry in the
City of London alledgeing the said Parish of St.
Mildred to be the place of their last legall Settlemt:

agrieved by the said Warrt. or Ordr. of the Sd,
two Justices Do therefore Appeall to Yor.
Worships therefrom, & humbly pray that
you will be pleased to hear them in the
Premes, & Ordr. Yt. the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Leonard Shoreditch in the County of
Middx aforesaid may appeal before you
at a Certain Day to be appointed, to hear
& abide yr. Judgemt. & Determinacon of Yor.
