The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St Paul Shadwell in the said
County of Middlx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order Dated the 20th. day of
December last under the Hands and Seals of Stephen
Martin Leake< no role > and James Brain< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majties.
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlx One
John Holmden< no role > and Christian< no role > his wife were removed from
the Hamlett of Ratcliff in the said County to the
abovesaid Parish of St. Paul Shadwell as to the
place of their last legall Settlement

That your Petrs. humbly conceive themselves
Aggrieved [..] by the said Order of Remove all
and pray a Day for hearing the said Appeal

And shall pray Etc.
