Draft of ye Orderof Sessions
to peace vacated ye Several Esqr Rate
for sd parish of [..] Cripple
for ye-year 1732
and for the makeing of
a new Rate

warrant under the hands & seales of any
two Justices of the peace of this County
residing in the said parish or Divisionwherein
the said parish doth bybe levyed [..] by distress &
sale of the Offenders goods and for want of distress
by imprisonmt. of the Offender (he not being a
poor of this Realm) untill paymt. as aforesaid
And It is further Ordered by this Court that if any
sume or sumes of money have been collected upon
any of the Inhabitants of the sd parish upon
the said Rate hereby vacatedquashed & vacated the
samesuch money sopaidcollected shall be allowed to them respectively
upon the said now Rate hereby Ordered to be
made,
