That by an Order of Removell under the hands
and Seals of Robert Hinde Junr< no role > : and Valentine
Hilder< no role > Esqrs : two of his Majties Justices of the peace
for the County of Midlx (Quor Un) bearing date
the Fifteenth day of September last Mary
Dear< no role > was Removed from the parish of St. Andrews
Holborn above the Bars in the said County to
the said Liberty of White Fryers as the place
of her last Legall Settlement

That your Petrs. Apprehends themselves
to be agreived by the Paid Order of
Removell of the Said Two Justices and
Appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petrs: and Appellants
therefore pray that this Court will
appoint a day this present Sessions
for the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St. Andrew
Holborn above the Bars and all
other persons Concerned to attend this
Court to hear and abide the
Determination of this Court to [..]
the said appeal and that your
Petrs: and appellts. may be relieved
herein according to Law and Justice
