To the Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of the Peace of and
for the County of Middx in their Generall Quarter Sessions att Hick's
Hall Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St George Hanover Square
in the said County

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of John Williams< no role > & Bromfeild Esqrs two of His Matys
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx bearing date ye Eighth
day of September 1731 Thomas Richins< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife together
with Elizabeth< no role > aged about Eight Years and Thomas< no role > Intant aged about
three months their Children And also John< no role > by Margaret< no role > his first Wife
aged about Sixteen Years were Diserted to be removed and passed from &
out of the Parish of Chelsea in the County of Middx to the pacis to of St
George Hanover Square in the said County And Whereas there was
removed and passed the said Elizabeth Richins< no role > and Elizabeth and Thos
her said Children from the said Parish of Chelsea to the said Parish
of St George Hanover Square as the Place of their last legall Settlemt.
Whereby the said Parish of St. George Hanover Square think themselves
Agrived

Your Petitioner therefore humbly
prays this Court will Appoint a day
for hearing the said Appeal and that
all Persons concernd may Attend at
the Same time

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray
