The Humble Petition and Appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields

Sheweth.

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Richard Manley< no role > and Robert
Midford< no role > Esqrs. Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the said County of Middx . (Quorum unus) bearing date the
Twenty fourth Day of August last Arabella Abbott< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in
the said County of Middx : to the said Parish of St. Martin in
the Fields as the Place of the last legal-Settlement whereby
Yor. Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.

Therefore they humbly appeale
to yor. Worships against the Judgemt.
of the said two Justices and pray your
Worships will be pleased to appoint
some day this present Sessions to hear
and determine the matter touching the
said Appeale.
