of the Market agt. Mr. Richard Norwood< no role > high
Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne ,
wch. accon was tryed the sitting after last Terme

allowed to the sd Tho: Wilkinson
orderd accly:

The Clerk of the Market threatens to take
out execucon agt. Mr. Norwood the next Terme
for the costs of the suit,
