Novr 8: 1730

A being brought before a Justice of Peace for Felony upon the
6th: of Novemr: 1728 was upon the Information of the Prosecutor comitted
by the Justice to the Gatehouse for the said Felony the sd: Justice then
bound said Prosecutor in a Recognizance to prosecute A at the next
Quarter Sessions to be holden for Westmr: which was to begin in January
next following

There is always a Sessions holden at Hicks Hall in December &
at the Old Baylay.

The Prosecutor least the Prisoner should for want of Prosecucon
should have been discharged at the next Goal delivery holden in Decemr:

he apprhends is legall & according to Law not with Standing which by
reason of the Justices mistake the Prosecutors Recognizance was
Estreated by the Clerk of the Peace for Westmr: into the Exchequer
