Misdemeanour is fined. 1s. & Ordered to be stripped naked from
the middle Upwards & publickly Whipped att a Carts Tayle from
and Over against the great Gates of Hicks Hall in St John Street
in the parish of St Sepulchres in this County along the publick
Street or Highway to the Stones End, & back Againe to Hicks Hall
aforesaid untill his body be bloody att such time as the Sheriffe of
this County shall forthwith Appoint & the said John Smith< no role > is
remanded to Newprison aforesaid there to remaine till he pay
the said Fine & Undergoe the said Punishment then to be deliverd
paying his Fees 15s:2d

called St Jolins Lane & Red Lyon Street there to & Over against the
Watchhouse upon Clerkenwell Green in this County untill his
body be bloody, att such time as the Sheriffe of this County shall
