That it be an Instruction to the
Committee for the Haymarket
in the Parishes of St. Martins in
the Fields and St. James Westmr.
within this County that they may
be at Liberty at any time between
this and the next Quarter Sessions
[..] agree and enter into
a Contract with Mr. Mist for the
Juredicte Paveing and Keeping in
repair all or any part of that part
of the Haymarket [..] and
which now remains in a minons & Condition & is excluded by
approved and lately excluded by &the Having of ye Foll Port
placeing a Foll Port. whichat ye upper end of the sd
Contract is to be and Subsistfor Market
and during the remainder of the
Mrsaid Mists Term of thepresent
Contract with this Comission. &
under the same Covenants
Provided such Agreements does
not Subject or make liable this
Commission to the Payment of
any Sum or sums of mony
whatsoever more than the Toll
or Duty shall Annually produce
within the Term Contracted far
[..] and above the 4sh. in the
Pound agreed to be paid for the
Collecting. and other Mordent Charges. And in case such
Agreement shall be made that
the Committee may have power
to take up the Toll post and
place it in such other place as
shall be by them thought fit.
