To the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett
of Wapping Stepney in the County of Middlx And to the Church-
Warden and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett of Rattcliffe
in the Said County

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto we whose
hands and Seales are hereunto Sett two of his Maties
Justices of the Peace of the Said County (Quor unus) by the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett of
Wapping Stepney abovesaid that John Price< no role > & Ursella< no role >
his wife are lately come into the Said Hamlett endeavouring
to Settle themselves there contrary to Law and they being
in Poor and mean Circumstances wee adjudge them likely
to become chargeable to the Said Hamlett And whereas
it Appeareth unto us the Said Justices of the Peace upon
the Exaiminacon of the Said John Price< no role > taken upon his
Oath that he was last legally Settled in the Hamlett of
Rattcliffe in the Said County Which Wee the Said Justices
of the Peace do adjudge to be true and where by Law.
he and his Said wife are to be Sent

These are therefore in his Maties Name to
will and require you upon Sight hereof to convey and
Pass the Said John Price< no role > and Ursella his wife from
your Said Hamlett of Wapping Stepney to the Hamlett
of Rattcliffe abovesaid and deliver them to the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor there or to Some or one of
them who are hereby required to provide for them
According to Law Given under our hands & Seales
this 22d day of February 'An' dom 1726
