settingforth that by an Order under the hands and

County (Quorum unus) beareing date the
seventeenth day of December one thousand seven
hundred & twenty five
the Petr. was adjudged to be
the putative Father of a Male bastard child born
of the body of one Betty Bosuewell< no role >
And thein the
parish of St. Andrew Holborne above the Barrs
in the said County And that the Petr.
was served with a coppy of the said Order of
Adjudicacon on the fifth day of December now last
and not before, And that the Petr. thinking himselfe
aggreived by the said Order humbly appeales
against the same, And prays that the benefit of
the said appeale may be saved to him, and that
the hearing & finall determinacon thereof may be
adjourned till the next Generall Quarter sessions
of the peace to be held for this County, And that
the Petr. may be further releived in the premisses
as the Court shall think fit, This Court being of
opinion to adjourn the hearing of the said appeale
