& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin
in the fields in the County of Middx .

Sheweth

That William Bodle< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his
Wife and their three Children Vizt Thomas< no role > aged about
Eleven years Robert< no role > about five years and Catharine< no role > about
three Quarters of a year Parishioners of the said parish
of St. Martin in the Fields are Chargeable to and relieved
by the said Parish being Poor and unable to Work
towards their Maintenance

That Mary Scott< no role > of Hackney in
the sd. County of Middx : Widow and mother of the sd:
Elizabeth Bodle< no role > and Grandmother of the said three
Childrens is of a Sufficient Ability to relieve and maint [..]
them
