The humble Petition and appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Dionis Backchurch
London .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of
Johnson and Edward Grose< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of
the peace for the County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing Date the
10th day of March last 1726 Sarah Bushby< no role > Wido of John Bushby< no role >
with their two children Henry< no role > & Sarah Bushby< no role > were Sent and
delivered by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Hamlet of Wapping Stepney in the County of Middx alledgto the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Dionis
Backchurch London Alledging the Said parish to be the place of
their last Legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the Said Warrant and Judgment of the Said two
Justices andthereforedo most humbly Appeal to
to Your Worps. therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore [..] humbly
Pray your Worps will be pleased to hear
them in the premisses and appoint a day
in this present Sessions for hearing the Said
Appeal And Order that the Church Warden
& Overseers of the poor of the Hamlet of
[..] Wapping Stepney & all parties concerned
then Appear & hear & abide the Determinacon
of this Court touching the Said Appeal.
