That yor. Peticoner has served his Majty.
in the Office of High Constable wth. in the said
Hundred for the space of three years now last
past

That yor. petr. has given constant
Attendance at all publick Sessions & Meetings of
the Justices Wth. in his Sd Hundred, and punctually
Discharged all the Publick Levies and Demands on
him relating to his said Office

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly
prays Yor. Worsps. That (in pursuance
of a late Order of this Court) You
would be pleased to Discharge him
from his said Office; And that one
of the persons hereunder named [..]
(being very well qulifyed) may be
appointed High Constable in the room
& place of yor. Petr.
