To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middx in

General Quarter Session at
Hicks Hall Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St: Martin
in the Fields in the County of Middx

Sheweth,

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of John Milner< no role > and William Sloane< no role > Esqrs :
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middx (Quorum Unus) bearing date the Eleventh day of March
1725 last Past , Mary Wary< no role > Widow was removed from the Parish
of St: Giles in the Fields in the said County of Middx to the
said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields , Whereby Your Petitioner
Conceive themselves to be Agrieved.

Therefore they humbly Appeal to your
Worships against the Judgement of the said two
Justices, and Pray your Worships will be pleasd
to appoint some day in this Present Sessions to
hear & Determine the matter touching the said
Appeal.
