Whereas Complaint hath this day been made unto us Two of his Maties
Justices of ye Peace for the County of Middx (Quorn unus) by you the
Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of the Hamlett of Hampton wick
That Sarah Butler< no role > wife of Jasper Butler< no role > aged about one & twenty years
lately came into your Hamlett of Hampton wick with instant to reside
therein and is lately to be chargeable thereto [..]
and forasmuch as it appears unto us upon the Examination
the said Sarah Butler< no role > That she was born at addleston in ye pish [..]
of Chertsey in ye said County of Surry in which said pla [..]
appears to us to be the place of her the Said Sarah Butler< no role >
legall Settlement

name and according to the form of the Statue in that
case made and provided to require & authorize you the Elin [..]
wardens & overseers of the poor of the Hamlett of Hampton wick
in ye pish of Hampton upon Thames aforesaid or some or on
of you to remove & convey the Said Sarah Butler< no role > to Addleston
in the said parish of Chertsey and her deliver to the said
Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of the Said parish
of Chertsey or to either of them There to be provided to
according to Law Given under our [..]
Twenty eighth day of June anno Dui 1725 and in
the Eleventh year of the Reign of King George over
