of Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the said parish of St. Mary Islington to
have the hearing of the said appeale adjourned
This Court upon hearing of Mr. Vaneof Councell
for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the said parish of St. Lawrence Jewry Doth Order
that (on paymt. of the sume of twenty Shillings by
[..] of the peace of the
said parish of St. Mary Islington or one of them
unto the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of St.Mary [..] Lawrence Jewry or some
or one of them for their costs of this days attendants
on this Court to prosecute their said appeale the
hearing & determining of the Sd. appeale be adjorned untill
the next Generall Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the sd. County of Middx , And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
both the said parishes & all persons concerned
doe attend the Court of the next Generall
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the same
County by adjornmt. on Wednesday the twelfth
day of May next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide the Judgmt. &
determinacon of the same Court touching
the said appeale, And by the consent of the
[..] both sides [..] to able
Jewry , Lodon as the place of the last legall
Settlemt. of the sd. Edward Browne< no role > , And that the
Petrs. conceiving themselves aggreived by the sd
Order of removeall did appeale against the
Same unto this Court, which appeale was
appointed to be heard & determined by this Court
on this present Friday the ninth day of April instant
Now upon moton made unto this Court by Mr. Corbett
