WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish ofSt. Andrew Holborne above barrs unto us whose
Hands and Seals are hereunto set, two of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace (Quorum unus) for theCounty of Middx aforesaid, That
Ann Hallding< no role > Widdow has
lately intrudedherselfeinto your said Parish of
St. Andrews Etc there to Inhabit asaParishioner contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andisthere likely
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented: And whereas,
upon due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premises,
upon oath
it appears unto Us, and We acordingly Adjudge, That the said
Ann Hallding< no role > is
likely to become Chargeable unto the said Parish ofSt. Andrew
Holborne Etcand that the last Legal Place of Settlement of the said
Ann Hallding< no role > was in the said Parish of St. Christophers
in the City of London aforesd. whither by Law
She ought to be sent

These are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to Order and Require
you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish ofSt. Andrew Holborne aforesaid, that you, or some
of you, do forth with Remove and Convey the saidAnn
Hallding< no role > from your said Parish ofSt. Andrew Holborne Etc
to [..] Parish ofSt. Christophers andherdeliver
to [..] wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one [..] them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise Required, in His Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
to receive the saidAnn Hallding< no role > ,
into their saidparish of St. Christopher :and provide forher
as their own Parishioner [..] [..] hen under our Hands and Seals,
