Sheweth.

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of Henry
Lowth< no role > and Oyly Michel< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majties. Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex (Quor unus) bearing Date the Seventeenth
day of February, last your said Peticoner is Adjudged to be the Putative
father of a Male Bastard Child born in the Parish o St: Giles with out
Cripplegate of the Body of mary Watson< no role > Widdo .

That your Peticonr: con [..] elves himself Aggrieved [..]
the Order and Judgment of the said two Justices and doth there fore
humbly appeal against the same praying such relief in the-
Premisses as to your worships Judgment shall seem just
