upon the Complaint of your the said Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Said parish of St. Paul
Shadwell that Joseph Elton< no role > and his Wife Mary< no role > are
lately came into the said parish endeavouring to
Settle themselves there Contrary to Lew and [..] likely
[..] become or Charge to the said parish Which Week [..]
two yr [..] judge to be true and Where [..] alsoe [..] the
[..] pears Unto ye the said Justices upon Examination
when upon Oath that he was last legally settled
in the said parish of St John Baptist in the
City of London Aforesaid Wee therefore doe adjudge
the place of last legall settlement of the said
Joseph Elton< no role > and his Wife Mary< no role > to be in the said
parish of St. John Baptist in the City of London

There are therefore, to require you th

out of your said parish unto the Said parish

deliver them to the Churchwardens and Overseers
