Sheweth

That yer. Petr. was bound by Indr.
bearing date the 1st. day of May 1723 to
Mathew Nicholls< no role > of the Parish of St. Giles in
the Fields in the Said County Gilder for the
Form of Three years.

That his Said Master has absconded
himself for Nine Weeks last past & upwards
and never Appears But on Sundays and takes
no Care of Your Petr. either to teach him
his Trade or provide Necessaries for him
according to the Articles of his Indre.

Yor. Petr. there fore humbly-
prays that this Cort. will be
pleased to Discharge yor. petr.
from his said Apprenticeship [..]

And yer. Petr. shall ever pray etc
