at the sd. next Generall Quarter Sessions (to witt) at the
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for the
said County of Middx by adjornmt. on Saturday the
eighteenth day of January now last the heareing &
determining of sd. appeale was further adjorned
untill the then next Generall Quarter Sessions of
the peace for her same County, And by the sd last
menconed Order the consideracon of costs in respect
of maintaining the sd Elizabeth Rush< no role > was to attend
the event upon the heareing of the sd appeale
and to be reserved untill such heareing, And
whereas by Order made at the sd next Generall
Quarter Session (to witt) at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden for the sd County of
Middx. by adjorumt. on Friday the seventeenth day
of April now last the heareing & determining of
the said appeal was further adjourned untill
the then next Generall sessions of the peace for the
same County subject to the like order touching
the consideracon of the costs aforesaid And Whereas
by Order made at th sd next Generall Sessions (to witt)
at the Generall Sessions of the peace holden for the
said County of Middxby adjornmt.on Tuesday the
nineteenth day of May now last the heareing &
determining of the said appeale was further
adjourned untill this present Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden for the same County
subject to the like Order touching the consideracon
of the costs aforesaid, Now upon heareing of what
was insisted on by Councell for the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor of the sd Parish of St. Andrew
Holborne alledgeing that they gave notice to the said
Appellants to produce the said Elizabeth Rush< no role >
before this Court at the heareing of the sd. appeale, wch.
they ought to have done, and therefore praying that
her examinacon taken before the sd two Justices or
one of them concerning the place of her legall settlemt.

Appellants have made default in not produceing her
as aforesaid, And upon heareing of [..]
