Said new Rate, And thatafterthey doe apply the moneys to
belevyed & collected by vertne of the sd new Rate or-
Rates for & towards releife of the lame, impotent, old
blind & others in the said parish being poor & not able
to Work according to the form of the Statute in such
case made & provided
