That by Virtue of a Pass Warrt. undr the hands

Maties Justies of ye peace of and for ye City and Libty of
Westmr . & Said County of Middx bearing Date ye 24th July
last Sara Macklayne< no role > Daughter of Thomas< no role > & Margaret
Maclayne< no role > (aged about four Years) was removd out and
from the parish of St. James Westmr . in ye said County to ye
Said Parish of St Margt Westmr . as the place of hee
Lawfull Settlemt.

That Yr Petrs. thinking themselve agrievd by the
Judgment of the Said two Justices humbly appeal to your
Worships against the Same.

Therfore humbly pray your Worships will be
pleased to order That ye ChurchWardens & Overseers
of ye poor of the said Parish of St James Westmr. -
may attend this Court Some Day this Qr. Sesss.
to hear and abide the final Detirmination of
of this Court touching the Said Appeal.
