said Appellants, in the aforesaid rate towards releife
of the Poor of the said Parish This Court is of
opinion that the said rate is unequall illegall and
unjust and doth thereupon quash and vacate the said
Rate, and the same is hereby quashed and vacated-
accordingly, And in regard the Poor of the said Parish
are very numerons and Stand in need of speedy
releife It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the Poor of the said parish (calling to
their assistance such Ancient Inhabitants of the said
parish as are usually present at the making of the
Poors rates there) They or the greater number of
them doe forthwith raise weekly or otherwise by toxacon
of every Inhitant Parson Vicar and Occupiers of houses
lands tenements lyths impropriate and propriacons of
lyths or saleable underwoods within the said parish by
an equal rate or rates such competent Same & sumes
of money as shall be necessary for releife of the Poor
of the said parish And that after the said rate shall be
made they doe therewith attend two or more of his-
Majestys. Justices of the Peace for this County
Inhiteing in or near the said parish or Division where
the said parish doth lye. (Quorum Unus) for their
approbacon and allowance thereof And that after
the same shall be so approved and allowed off they
