there in the same Rate or assessmt. for that purpose made in
a very unequall & illegall manner And that the Petrs. conceiving
themselves aggreived therein appealed against the said
Rate or assessmt. Soefarr as relates to the petrs. and prayed to be
releived in the premisses And Whereas William Farrer< no role > Esqr .
& Dr . Thomas West< no role > Inhitants of the sd. parish alsoe exhited their peticon & appeale
settingforth that they are rated or assessed there towards the
releife of the poor [..] in the assessmt. for that purpose made
in a very unequall & illegall manner with the other-
Inhitants, And that they finding themselves aggreived
therein appealed against the Said Rate or assessmt.in-
generalland prayed to be releived in the premisses,-
as this Court should think fitt Which severall appeales were Ordered to be heard &
determined by this Court on this fifth day of July
instant , Now Upon hearing of what was in alledged
by Councell for the sd. Appellants & alsoe by Councell
for the Churchwarden & Overseers of teh poor of the sd.
parish, and upon produceing of the aforesaid Rate &
on examinacon into the truth of the allegacons contained
in the said Severall appeales, Forassmuch as This
Court is satiffyed that a great many Inhitants of the
said parish (who are persons of greaterestate & ability than the petitioners & [..]
dwell in houses of farr greater yearly rents in the sd. parish
then the petition & app [..] house holden & [..] then houses which are holden by yen the Appellts.
are rented at in the sd. parish)than the petitioner houses are assessed inless sumes of
