The humble Petition & Appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St: Martin in the
Fields in the County of Middx

Sheweth,

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant bearing date the 24th day of Septr . under the hands & [..]
of Robert Jackson< no role > and Ed: Grose< no role > Esqr : Jno of he Majesty's Justices of
the said Peace for the said Cunty of Middx (Quor Unus) John Cadwell< no role >
was removed from the Parish of St. Mary White Chappel in the said
County of Middx to the Said Parish of St: Martin in the Fields as the
place of his last legall Settlement, Whereby your Petitioners humbly
Conceive themselves to be Agrieved

Therefore your Petr: humbly Appeale to your
Worships against the Judgement of the said two Justices,
And pray your Worships will be pleased to appoint
some day this Quarter Sessions for the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Mary
White Chappel to attend this Court, to hear and Abide
the Judgement & determination of this Court tou [..]
the said Appeale.
