maketh Oath Tath he this Deponent hath used
the atmost of his Endeavours to Apprehend and
take Stephen Winston< no role > mentioned in the within
written Petition (which has been very Expensives
to him) And this Deponent hath not been able
to Apprehend the said Winston But is credibly
Informed the said Winston is Gone to Sea .
