of Middlesex Assembled in their Genall Quarter Sessions

The humble Peticon of the Churchwardens of the [..]
parish of 5o. Giles in the Fields in the said County

Sheweth


That by Order of this Court made at the Genrall Quarter Sessions of the
peace held for this County by Adjournment On Tuesday the Eighteenth
day of Aprill last A Rate not exceeding three halfe pence in the pounds
was made for repaireing the highwayes in the said parish

That Morris Evans< no role > Jonas Powell< no role > Jonathan Thisleton< no role > John Driver< no role >
William Hall< no role > & Richard Huggins< no role > Surveyors of the Highwayes in
the said parish for the Year last past have collected & seced
divers Sume of money of the Inhabitants there for that purrpose

That the said Morris Evans< no role > Jonas Powell< no role > Jonathan
Thisleton
< no role > John Drivers< no role > William Hall< no role > & Richard Higgins< no role >
& every one of them have in contempt of the said
Order refused to Account for the monies by them seced
althe they have been genrall tunes sumoneds so to do
by Order of His Maties: Justices of the Peace Inhabiting
in the said parish

Your Peticoner: therefore pray that the said Morris
Evans

to attend this Court some day this Sessions to the
intent they may be compelled to give an account
of the monies by them reced for the purpose aforesaid
