The Defendants Sarah Boyce< no role > Caleb Done Severally make Oath And first the
Dependant Sarah Boyce her Oath Saith That She is Advised and beleives That Henry
Ludlow
< no role > Esqr. one of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx will be
a materiall Witness for his Deponent and her Husband upon the Tryall of their
Traverse in the first above mentioned Cause And this Deponent upon her Oath further
Saith That the said Mr. Ludlow informed this Deponent that he was oblidged to goe into
Sunny yesterday in Order to be present at the Election of Members for that County and
that he should not Returne in time to give his Evidence for this Deponent and her
Husband at this Session And this Deponent beleives the said Mr. Ludlow is gone into
this County according to the Information given by him to this Deponent And this Depont.
further maketh Oath That Mes. Margarett Weldon the wife of Weldon
of Great Queen Street Chirurzeon will be alsoe a materiall Wittness for
this Deponent and her Husband upon the Tryall of their said Traverse as
this Deponent is Advised and beleives And that the said Mr. Weldon being now
big with Child is see very much Indispossed and see Near the time of
her delivery her time of Reckoning being out as this Deponent beleives
and hath been informed by the said Mr. Weldon That she the said
Mr. Weldon dace not Venture to goe a broad [..] at this time
And this Deponent Caleb Done< no role > maketh Oath That he is Advised and beleives
that the said Margarett Weldon< no role > will to be a materiall Wittness for him and
this other Dependants a bournamed upon the Tryall of their Traverse for
this Assault of the abovenamed William Groome< no role > and Casey Porter< no role >
She the said Margarett Weldon bring present at the time when the
said Assault is presented to be made
