Court near the Seven rials where the sd Robert
Tewksbury< no role > the prosecutor had lodged And on Saturday
the 31st. of March this Report. spoke the sd with Tewksburys
Mother and she told this Report that she had given
the Notice to her son and father told this report. that
her son said he would appear as this day before
this Honble Beach That this report. further saith that
he left [..] the same Notice wth. John Ash< no role > s wife at his house
in Beyles Court in Strand and that the sd Ashs wife
told this report. that she believed her husband would
not concern himself about the Matter
