It is hereby recomended referred unto the Referrees
named in the former Order (Vizt.) Sd. Thomas Hewett< no role > Knt.
Sd. Thomas Gery< no role > Knt. Thomas Woodcock< no role > John Milner< no role >
Daniel Combes< no role > Richard Newton< no role > Doyly Michel< no role > John Pery< no role > John
Fuller< no role > Alexander Ward< no role > Gwim vaughan< no role > John
Ellis< no role > of Denmarke Street & Matthew Hewitt< no role > Esqrs.
Justices of the peace for this County or any three
or more of them to cause such part of New Prison
aforesaid as belongs to the said house of Correccon
to be forthwith repaired by such Workmen, at
as reasonable Prices, & in Such manner as they shall
think fit to direct, And to report to this Court [..]
or at the nextQuarterQuarter Sessions Whatthey shall
find reasonably due tothe respective Workmen to be employed
therein shall reasonably deserve for doeing the Sd repaire And alsoe to make an estimate of what it
will cost to reparie the residne of New Prison
aforesaid and to certify an accompt thereof in
Writing unto the Court And in the mean time
to Order the brick arch above menconed & of the Walls be to [..]
aforesaid as are in decay & ready to fall to be
propped up to prevent the same from falling down
