Be it Knowne to all people by these Presents That I
James Copley< no role > Esqr. Have by this my Warrant of Attorney
under my hand and Seale Executed in ye Presence of three or more lawfull
Witnesses made Authorized & Appointed and in my place and Stead put &
by these presents do make Authorized and Appoint and in my place
and Stead put my trusty Friends John Walpole< no role > of Grays Inn in
County of Midx Esqr. and William Roberts< no role > of St. Olaves Southwarke
in the County of Surrey Gents Joyntly and severally to be my
Attorney and Attorneys and I Dor hereby give them or eitherof
them full power and Authority to Subscribe my Name to Such
Registry or Entry as Shall be made of my Name and Reall Estate
in the County of Middlesex in Book or Books Roll or Rolls kept in that
behalfe by the Clerke of the peace for the same County in the
presence of two or more Justices of the peace for the said County
of Middx in Open Sessions the words of wth. Registry are already
delivered to the Clerke of the peace for the County aforesaid or
to his Lawfull Deputy to the retent that the same shall be
Registred at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
Holden for the County aforesaid In Obedience to an Act of
Parliament Intilled an Act to Oblige Papists to Register
their Names and Reall Estates and there to remaine upon
Record and I Dor hereby Authorize and Appoint my said
Atterneys [..] or either of them to Pay all such fees as
are due upon Account of my said Registry and to do all
and every Such other Act or Acts as may Compleat the
Same according to the true Intent and meaning of the said
Act of Parliament In Witnesse where of I have here unto
Sett my hand and Seale the Fourth day of April
