this matter as
the partis

of Prisoners, All Wth. to be done in a Workman like
manner will amount to the sume of one hundred twenty
& five pounds, And that the charge of the Glaziers Work
without makeing any alteracon to the Windows of the Sd.
Prison will amount to the Sume of seven pounds & ten
shillings, And upon a further Report made unto this
Court by the Referrees above named (Ore tenus) It
appeareth to this Court that part of the house of
Correccon at Clerkenwell lyeth under some of the
rooms belonging to new prison aforesaid, and that one
& the same tyleing or covering Standeth over such part of
both the said Prisons, and that therefore suchof the said
Part of New Prison aforesaid as lyeth over the aforesd
Part of the Sd. house of Correccon & the tyleing or covering aforesaid may be deemed &
taken as part of the Sd. house of Correcconthere ofwhich said tyleing by the measuremt.
amounts to 140 foot in Length and is 28 foot Wyde

This Court upon considercon had of the Premisses
Doth Order & direct that [..] such part of New
Prison aforesaid as belongs to the said house of
Correccon be forthwith repaired [..]
