insisted on by Counsell for the Inhabitants of the
said parish of Chelsea

For that it doth not appeare to this Court that the said

had at the time of makeing the sd. Order of
removeall or now hath any legall Settlemt. in the sd. parish
of St. Mary Woolnoth
This Court doth allow of the sd. appeale
and doth vacate & discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two
Justices of the peace.
