last past, It was Ordered that the sd John Marsh< no role > should
be continued Upon his sd Recognizance Untill the then
next Generall Sessions of the peace to be holden for the
said County, and that an Indictmt. should be preferred
& prosecuted against the said John Marsh< no role > for the said
offence by the Clerk of the Peace And at the sd. of this County or his deputy next Generall Sessions of the peace
being holden for the sd County on the eighth day of
september now last the sd John Marsh< no role > was discharged
of his sd Recognizance, there not being then any Indictmt.
